More than just
crispy chicken.
At Fancy Fried Chicken, we believe that great food starts with patience. Our chicken is marinated for 24 hours in a secret blend of buttermilk and spices before it ever touches the fryer.
Located in the heart of Jersey City, we've built a community around the simple joy of a perfectly cooked meal. No shortcuts, no freezers, just fresh ingredients and a whole lot of flavor.
